The New Friend tier is your introduction to a world of unique scents and your first taste of our exclusive rewards.

Requirements:

Loyalty Points: From 0 to 149 points
Total Spending: Under 14,900,000 VND

Your Benefits:

Special Anniversary Gift: Receive a 100,000 VND voucher during the last month of your 12-month membership cycle.
Lab Rental Special Offer: Enjoy a 5% discount on our Lab Rental service.
Birthday Reward: Get a 5% discount on one purchase during your birthday month.

What is Early Bird Access ?

This is a privilege available to all members of the Friends Club. You will have the opportunity to purchase or experience new products before their official launch. Discount limits will depend on the value of each order.

When does the Full-line Special Offer apply ?

This is an occasional offer that will be announced separately to our members. When active, it grants you a special discount on the purchase of a full line of products from a single brand.

What is the policy on combining offers?

All offers involving a percentage or direct discount (such as Exclusive Discount, Birthday Reward, Lab Rental Offer) cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions at our store or on the website.

Where can I check my membership information ?

You can easily check your membership tier, accumulated points, and transaction history by logging into your account on the parfumelite.vn website or by contacting our team directly at the store.

Can loyalty points be exchanged for cash ?

Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used to redeem offers within the Friends Club program.

Do I earn points when paying with a gift voucher ?

Points are not awarded for transactions or portions of transactions paid for with a gift voucher.

What are the general program terms ?

The application of benefits depends on the member's tier and product availability at the time of use. Parfumélite reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice.
