Description
Cardamom, Cedarwood, Leather, Vetiver
A cedarwood fragrance of contrast and calm - where cool spice and earthy, dry woods meet the quiet elegance of violet and leather. Cool spice unfolds into the dry elegance of cedarwood, tempered by supple leather and the earthy gravitas of vetiver. Woody and refined, it evokes highland mornings veiled in fog - a fragrance shaped by contrast and quiet power.
Perfumer: Alvin Bunawan
"When I created Bois de Langbian, I imagined the wind weaving through trees - that fresh, airy feeling of walking home within nature’s quiet symphony. It carried me back to childhood in Bogor: afternoons beneath the canopy, visits to the botanical garden with my parents, where everything smelled green, earthy, and somehow eternal.
I wanted the fragrance to hold that same tension between serenity and nostalgia - where woods feel textured and alive, like running your hand across bark. If this scent could speak, it would say: even as the world changes, memory remains.
* Alvin hails from Bogor, Indonesia - a city of mist, rain, and botanical gardens - echoing the cool, verdant spirit of Đà Lạt and the Langbian Plateau."
