Mark Buxton

Mark Buxton, a Master Perfumer, was born in England and grew up near Hamburg before falling in love with Paris over 20 years ago. He is a hedonist, wine enthusiast, and skilled cook with a strong passion for art deco antiques.

With over 25 years of experience in fine fragrance creation, this Master Perfumer has collaborated with top international fragrance houses and designed for luxury brands like Givenchy, Versace, and Cartier. His bold style first gained attention with the original Comme des Garçons fragrance, leading to recognition in haute parfumerie and involvement in artistic projects.

Mark has since focused his expertise on niche perfumery, working with brands such as Le Labo and Calé Perfumes. Notably, he created the fragrance "L'air de Panache" for Wes Anderson's "The Grand Budapest Hotel." In 2010, he enthusiastically invested in Nose (http://www.nose.fr), a new space dedicated to niche fragrances in Paris that opened in June 2012, where he aims to share his creative vision.

Exciting new projects are on the horizon for this Master Perfumer!
